The moment spins are missing
The moment the bonus balance still says nothing
Most missing-spin reports trace back to an unopened slot or an offer never switched on, and both are quick to fix.
Reload after activation
Activation sometimes lands after the game window already loaded, so the slot never learns about the spins. Close the slot fully, open it again and check your balance.
Wagering lost to a large stake
Stakes above NZ$7 while clearing spin winnings break the rule, and the bonus can be removed. Keep every stake at NZ$7 or lower and ask support whether the balance can be restored.
Signs of a second account
A no-deposit package is issued once per player, account and household. If it was claimed before, live chat can confirm on which account it was used.
Where is my bonus?
The spins wait in the bonus area of your account until you press the activate button. Open your bonus list, find the offer and switch it on before touching the slot.

Just after you sign up
Walk your spins from the code to the cashout
This block settles the order of the moves, so nothing expires while you search for it.
Compare both routes before you start
Decide first whether you want spins without a deposit or spins tied to a payment, since each carries its own code and its own wagering base.
Redeem before it lapses
Enter the code in the bonus section, or in the deposit window if that is where the offer asks for it, and stay inside the activation days.
The payment that unlocks the set
Fund the account with at least the minimum the offer names, keeping Skrill and Neteller out where the terms exclude them.
One slot, one fixed stake
Load the named slot only, because the spins show up there and nowhere else, and they always run at the stake printed in the offer.
Spinight Casino payout rules
Where spin winnings sit before they are yours
Worth a read the moment a spin win shows up as bonus balance instead of cash you can withdraw.
Times a win must be played
Each offer sets its own multiple, from 25x on the welcome deal to 50x on the spins without deposit, counted on the bonus or on the winnings as the offer states.
Stake ceilings while clearing
Stakes above NZ$7 while clearing spin winnings break the rule, and the bonus can be removed. Keep every stake at NZ$7 or lower and ask support whether the balance can be restored.
Days on the clock
The clock starts when the spins are credited, and offers allow 5 days for the wagering or as little as 3. Spins themselves expire sooner, so play them before the clearing window opens.
Slot weighting in the mix
Reels count in full toward the target, while table games and live dealer titles add little or nothing at all. Staying on slots keeps the count honest and the target reachable.
Can I stop the spins whenever I want?
Once a batch of spins finishes, nothing ties you to the reels and no deposit is ever required to claim what was promised. Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion sit in your account for your own pace. The Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand, the Gambling Helpline New Zealand and Gamblers Anonymous New Zealand offer free support.
Reality checks. A reality check interrupts play at the interval you set and shows how long the session has been going.
Deposit limits. Monthly caps on deposits or losses freeze play once your own figure is reached.
Self-exclusion. A chosen break closes your account to deposits and play for the whole period you name.
While you weigh it up
What do you want to know before you spin?
At Spinight Casino we put the awkward details next to the spins, so nothing surprises you later.
trustWhy do the spins always run at the same stake?+
The value of a spin is fixed in the terms, not chosen by you. Elvis Frog in Vegas spins run at NZ$0.20 and Gates of Olympus spins run at NZ$0.10. The stake is what makes the worked value estimate add up.
trustWhen can I play them on a different slot?+
Once the spins are credited they stay tied to the named slot for their whole life. Chaos Crew spins only open Chaos Crew, and Tiki Tumble spins only open Tiki Tumble. A release for another game is not something the terms allow.
trustDo I need to wager before I withdraw spin winnings?+
Yes, and the wager sits on the winnings, not on the stake. Gates of Olympus winnings carry a 50x playthrough and a NZ$50 cap on what you can take out. Clear the playthrough and the balance turns into cash you can request.
trustCan I use the spins on my phone instead?+
Every slot behind these offers runs in a mobile browser, so the phone in your hand is enough. No download is needed and nothing changes on a smaller screen. Sign in with your email address and the credited spins are waiting in the game.
trustWhere do the licence and the rules come from?+
The Gaming Control Board Curaçao regulates Spinight Casino N.V. under licence OGL/2017/6110/219. That regulator sets the framework the terms sit in. Players in New Zealand are covered by it, so complaints go through the same route.
trustHow long do I have to say no to a bonus?+
Turning an offer down is easiest before you deposit with the code, because nothing is credited then. Once bonus money sits in your balance, ask support to remove it before you play further. Remaining spins simply expire when their window closes.
